A Monmouth County-based law firm is seeking a Civil Litigation Associate Attorney with 1–3 years of experience to join its legal team. This full-time position offers the opportunity to handle a variety of litigation matters in a collaborative and supportive environment. Location:

• Colts Neck, NJ

Duties:

• Draft and review pleadings, motions, legal correspondence, and contracts

• Represent clients in litigation, negotiations, and case strategy discussions

• Manage an active caseload and provide timely updates to clients

• Collaborate with senior attorneys on complex litigation matters

• Conduct legal research using LexisNexis and other databases

• Monitor changes in laws and legal procedures relevant to ongoing matters

• Provide legal administrative support as needed to improve office efficiency

Requirements:

• 1–3 years of litigation experience in a law firm or related legal setting

• Familiarity with New Jersey court procedures and e-filing systems (eCourts)

• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple matters simultaneously

• Strong time management and organizational skills

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited U.S. law school

Certifications:

• Licensed and in good standing with the New Jersey State Bar

Skills:

• Excellent legal research and analytical abilities

• Strong writing skills with the ability to draft persuasive legal documents

• Effective oral advocacy and negotiation skills

• Proficient in using LexisNexis and electronic court filing systems

• Team-oriented with the ability to work independently when needed
