Job Overview:
A law firm is seeking an experienced Associate Attorney to join its growing insurance defense practice. The ideal candidate will manage a caseload that includes professional liability and premises liability cases, working independently and proactively to handle litigation and support the firm's expansion.

Location:

• Blue Bell, PA

Duties:

• Handle professional liability and premises liability cases from inception to resolution.
• Manage all aspects of litigation, including pleadings, discovery, motions, and trial preparation.
• Conduct legal research and draft documents such as briefs, motions, and agreements.
• Represent clients in court proceedings, including hearings and trials.
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure efficient case handling and client service.
• Maintain compliance with procedural laws and court requirements.

Requirements:

• Experience in litigation, including professional liability and premises liability cases.
• Proficiency in procedural law and litigation processes.
• Ability to work independently and manage a caseload proactively.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Admission to the Pennsylvania (PA) and New Jersey (NJ) state bars is required.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Active licenses to practice law in Pennsylvania and New Jersey.

Skills:
