Design, structure, and implement sophisticated estate plans, including trusts, wills, and asset protection strategies.
Counsel clients on tax-efficient wealth transfers, business succession, charitable giving, and legacy planning.
Oversee the administration of estates and trusts, ensuring compliance with legal and financial regulations.
Represent clients in probate and estate-related disputes, offering skilled advocacy in negotiations and court proceedings when necessary.
Collaborate with financial planners, accountants, and investment advisors to develop holistic estate strategies.
Stay up-to-date with the changes in estate, tax, and trust laws to proactively adjust client strategies.
Guide and mentor junior attorneys and staff, fostering professional growth within the department.
Minimum of 8 years of experience in trusts and estates law, with a demonstrated ability to manage high-value estates.
Expertise in estate and tax planning, trust administration, and probate law.
