Job Overview

A law firm seeks a mid-level associate to join its finance group, structured finance subgroup, in Washington, DC. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4 years of experience in structured finance, securitization, and/or CLO.

Duties

• Communicate effectively with clients, lawyers, and business professionals.

• Maintain confidentiality in a law firm environment.

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of structured finance, securitization, and/or CLO experience.
• Experience in an AmLaw 100 law firm preferred.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD)

Certifications

• Admission to the bar in the jurisdiction of application.
