Job Overview: A law firm is seeking a Mid-Level To Senior-Level Commercial Litigation Associate Attorney to work closely within litigation teams, representing national and regional clients in complex litigation matters in federal and state courts. The ideal candidate should have impressive academic credentials, a demonstrated interest in trial practice involving complex cases (including intellectual property and related disputes), and preferably be admitted to the Delaware Bar.

Duties:

• Collaborate with litigation teams to handle complex matters for national and regional clients.
• Represent clients in federal and state courts, specializing in intellectual property and related disputes.
• Conduct legal research, prepare legal documents, and participate in trial preparation.
• Provide strategic legal advice and counsel to clients on commercial litigation issues.

Requirements:

• Mid-Level to Senior-Level experience in commercial litigation.
• Impressive academic credentials, including a law degree from an accredited law school.
• Demonstrated interest and experience in trial practice, particularly in complex cases.
• Strong understanding of intellectual property law and related disputes.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Delaware Bar admission is preferred.

Skills:
