THE ROLE:

People Operations Coordinator

We’re looking for…

Our People Operations Coordinator is responsible for all employee data into our HRIS, supporting key operational processes, and managing ad hoc projects to help the People team operate efficiently and achieve our short- and long-term goals.

What you’ll accomplish: You will…

Input and maintain employee data in our HR information system (ADP) including new hires, internal moves, and terminations.

Responsible for coordination of the new hire experience including processing paperwork, maintaining new hire materials, and operating as the POC for incoming requests and questions.

Collect and process employee paperwork in accordance with company policy and government guidelines

Responsible for data integrity and responding to requests for the gathering, analyzing, and reporting of relevant data.

Manage logistics and communications for New Hire Orientation.

THE RIGHT FIT: You have…

Prior HR coordination experience and a track record of delivering quality work

Experience working with databases and an interest in data integrity and analytics

An incredible attention to detail and outstanding organization skills

Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills

A scrappy, can-do attitude with a passion for People and HR

A Bachelor’s Degree in a related field (is preferred).
