The candidate will organize and maintain documents in electronic filing systems. Label, organize, create physical files and prepare for offsite storage. Update databases using LegalKey. Handle and track all shipping needs for team. Update client contact chart, updating billing information when necessary. Assist team with various project requests, e.g., compiling reports for client meetings; conducting online research projects; ensuring all Intranet billing codes are updated in PATTSY; confirming all Intranet matters are opened and titled correctly. Process vendor invoices. Other duties, as assigned. Should be detail-oriented, efficient and have the capacity to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Candidates should have well-developed Microsoft Office skills, strong skills in Excel and Word, expert knowledge of Adobe and a general knowledge of databases.
