Chicago office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks mid-to-senior level corporate healthcare associate attorney with 3-6 years of experience in regulatory and transactional healthcare matters. The candidate will be expected to work collaboratively with the attorneys and clients to provide critical guidance on how the clients can achieve their goals. Will learn the ins and outs of healthcare-specific regulatory frameworks and how they impact the clients’ strategic initiatives, including their transactions, litigation, and government investigations. Advise some of the most dynamic and innovative healthcare clients in the country in all phases of their businesses, primarily focusing on the navigation and application of regulatory requirements, whether in the context of day-to-day compliance counseling, defending government investigations, litigation, or structuring strategic transactions. Experience and interest in focusing on regulatory matters in the healthcare sector is a must. Familiarity with key health care regulatory requirements, including compliance with the Stark Law, Anti-Kickback Statute, Medicare conditions of participation, and state fee-splitting, kickback, self-referral, and corporate practice of medicine restrictions, Knox-Keene. Experience in HIPPA, health care privacy, data breach is required. Admission to the DC Bar is preferred.
