Duties

• Handle complex litigation matters independently.
• Engage in commercial litigation, premises liability, and personal injury cases.
• Manage Michigan no-fault and commercial auto liability claims.
• Draft pleadings, take depositions, and argue motions.
• Develop and expand client relationships.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of litigation experience, preferably in defense matters.
• Proficiency in handling transportation law and litigation practice.
• Courtroom experience in Michigan state and/or federal courts.
• Knowledge of local rules and court procedures.
• Strong research, writing, and communication skills.

Education

• J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school.
