Albany office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks regulatory attorney with 3-7 years of experience. The candidate should preferably have insurance or financial services supporting institutions and entities, regulated on both the state and federal level, in a compliance advisory, product counsel, or litigation-based role. Should have experience in insurance and/or insuretech or financial services, product development, direct interaction with regulators, and licensing at the state level. Must be admitted to the Bar in the state and be active, in good standing, and up to date with current CLE requirements. Experience representing insurance, insuretech, financial services or fintech entities with regulatory and licensing matters needed. Experience with complex regulatory and compliance issues including regulatory filings needed. Should have experience crafting product offerings and working with contracts. Experience advising clients regarding licensing, contract review, and administrative processes needed.
