Duties

• Support partners and independently manage cases across various practice areas.

• Prepare for and conduct depositions, arbitrations, and trials.
• Represent clients in court appearances in multiple counties.
• Collaborate with clients and the legal team to ensure quality representation.

Requirements

• Admitted to practice in New York.
• At least 1 year of litigation experience in any relevant practice area.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Self-motivated, reliable, and able to manage deadlines and responsibilities independently.
• Curious and committed to growing legal skills and professional presence.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in New York.
