A law firm located in Blue Bell, PA, is seeking a highly qualified Trusts and Estate Planning Attorney. The role focuses on providing comprehensive estate and tax planning services to high-net-worth individuals, including estate and trust administration, gift tax planning, charitable planning, and guardianships.

Duties:

• Drafting complex trusts, wills, powers of attorney, and related legal documents.
• Providing counsel on tax planning, special needs planning, elder law, and life insurance matters.
• Applying knowledge of tax laws to minimize tax liabilities for clients in estate planning.
• Managing probate proceedings for trust and estate administration, guardianships, and related legal matters.
• Identifying opportunities for business development with existing clients and prospects.

Requirements:

• Extensive knowledge of probate proceedings, trust and estate administration, guardianships, and conservatorships.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently.
• Proven competence in tax compliance for individuals, estates, and trusts.
• Excellent analytical, research, writing, and oral communication skills.

Education:

• JD required.
• LLM preferred.

Certifications:

• Active Pennsylvania Bar license required.
