Duties

• Manage due diligence and draft transaction documents for M&A and private equity deals.
• Negotiate transaction documents for equity financings.
• Coordinate with internal legal specialists on regulatory, tax, employment, and IP matters.
• Counsel on corporate governance and advise on joint ventures and strategic partnerships.

Requirements

• 4-5 years of law firm experience in M&A and private equity transactions.
• Experience advising early- and growth-stage companies on financings.
• Preferred experience in beauty, personal care, wellness, or consumer products sectors.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Admitted to the bar in the state of California.
