Duties

• Manage a caseload of foreclosure matters for mortgage lenders and investors.
• Appear in court to argue motions for foreclosure, title, and related matters.
• Communicate with clients to ensure quality representation and adherence to directives.
• Collaborate with support staff to prepare and execute legal documents.
• Analyze loan files, title reports, and other client documents.
• Draft and review legal pleadings and correspondence for foreclosure actions.
• Communicate with borrowers and their counsel regarding foreclosure matters.

Requirements

• J.D. degree, licensed in Pennsylvania, and in good standing with the Pennsylvania Bar.
• Minimum one year of motion practice experience.
• Knowledge of Pennsylvania Mortgage Foreclosure Law.

Education

• J.D. degree.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania.
