Large law firm experience is preferred, but boutique firm experience will be considered.

Duties

• Manage small-to-mid sized real estate matters or portions of larger projects.
• Focus on acquisitions, dispositions, and real estate development.
• Handle land use, zoning, and commercial leasing tasks.
• Communicate effectively with clients and team members.

Requirements

• 2-4 years of real estate law experience.
• Active member of the Pennsylvania bar.
• Excellent oral and research skills.
• Ability to manage projects efficiently.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania.

Skills
