Transactional Attorney

The candidate will provide support for the commercial development, manufacturing and R&D organizations of firm's Corporation. Will assist in the growth of firm's vital product development business through involvement in the creation of new collaborations with the world's leading pharmaceutical and biotechnology companies. Draft and negotiate a variety of business agreements, including product development, material transfer, technology licensing, supply, confidentiality, consulting and service contracts. Also counsel in-house clients on a wide range of general contract, commercial, liability, pharmaceutical development, and intellectual property issues. Should have a law degree from a nationally accredited law school and 4-15 years of experience in a top law firm or in-house legal department, along with expertise in contract negotiation in areas such as technology licensing, manufacturing, and/or operations (preferably in the biotech/pharmaceutical areas). Must be able to handle many diverse clients and projects, be able to adapt to a changing workload, have good interpersonal skills and a strong collaborative workstyle.
