Duties:

• Assist in drafting detailed demand letters outlining client injuries, damages, and the legal basis for the claim.
• Analyze laws and precedents related to personal injury claims to determine legal arguments and settlement values.
• Engage in direct negotiations with opposing counsel or insurance adjusters to secure fair settlements for clients.
• Maintain regular communication with clients, providing updates on their case status.
• Support the litigation process when necessary, including drafting petitions, discovery motions, and related documents.
• Attend court hearings and assist with case preparation as needed.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Active and good standing Oklahoma Bar License.
• Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple cases efficiently.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to maintaining confidentiality and ethical standards.
• Experience is not required for this role.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Active Oklahoma Bar License.

Skills:
