The candidate will run programs to obtain information from client and payer systems. Will troubleshoot program errors. Conceptualize new programs to improve operational efficiency. Translate programming ideas into clear instructions for developers. Prepare data-based reports for clients. Should have either a BA in an IT-related field (e.g. computer science) OR relevant work experience with GPA of 3.0 or higher. Excellent organizational and time management skills are required. Project management skills are needed. Advanced knowledge of MS Office, including Word, Access, and Excel (must know Pivot Tables) is essential. Knowledge of a programming language (e.g. Java, Python) is preferred. Should be highly adept at using technology and learning new technologies.
