Duties

• Conduct diligence on employee benefit and executive compensation plans.
• Advise clients on material red flags in transactions.
• Draft due diligence reports and related legal documents.
• Assist in drafting and implementing incentive programs.
• Evaluate and administer retirement and health plans.
• Prepare IRS filings and corrective filings under government programs.
• Advise on legal developments related to retirement and health plans.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor or equivalent.
• Two years of experience in drafting legal documents related to employee benefits.
• Admitted to practice law in Pennsylvania.

Education

• Juris Doctor or equivalent.

Certifications

• Admitted to practice law in Pennsylvania.

Skills

• Proficiency in drafting legal documents and due diligence reports.
• Strong advisory skills on employee benefits and executive compensation.
• Ability to evaluate and administer retirement and health plans.
