A reputable law firm is looking for a skilled Mid-Level Litigation Associate Attorney to join its dynamic litigation team. The ideal candidate will bring 3+ years of litigation experience, a strong ability to draft and analyze legal documents, and a passion for courtroom appearances. Experience in healthcare or energy litigation is highly preferred, though not required. Duties:

• Handle a diverse range of litigation cases, including healthcare and energy-related matters
• Represent clients in court hearings, depositions, and trials
• Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support case strategies
• Draft motions, briefs, and other legal documents
• Collaborate with senior attorneys and clients to develop case strategies
• Manage case files and maintain organized documentation
• Provide timely updates to clients on case progress
• Assist in business development activities as needed

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of litigation experience
• Proven track record in legal research, writing, and litigation strategy
• Strong communication and courtroom skills
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously
• Capable of working independently and as part of a collaborative team
• Must be licensed to practice law

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Licensed to practice law in the state of Pennsylvania (or ability to waive in)
