Job Overview
A law firm seeks a mid-level Labor and Employment Associate to join its Pittsburgh office. The ideal candidate will have three to five years of experience in employment or commercial litigation, including single plaintiff cases.

Duties

• Manage employment litigation and commercial litigation cases.
• Supervise junior associates and staff.
• Serve as the primary client contact.
• Handle multiple cases simultaneously.
• Provide employment advice and counseling.

Requirements

• Experience in wage and hour class actions is a plus.
• Familiarity with Federal Court Rules and E-Discovery.
• Excellent writing and analytical skills.
• Demonstrated project management skills.
• Deposition and/or courtroom experience preferred.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree required.

Certifications

• Admission to the state bar.
