Senior Marketing Events

Duties: Develop, plan and execute all aspects of events from concept to completion. Lead event meetings, make recommendations and provide regular status updates to professionals and stakeholders throughout the process. Collaborate with professionals, stakeholders, and the Marketing Events Director to create a strategic business development plan, including pre-and post-event execution tactics, ensuring the best possible ROI for the firm. Advise professionals and stakeholders throughout events. Create, manage, and share event schedules and logistics with all relevant parties (internal and external) as needed. Coordinate with speakers and sponsors regarding logistics and planning including but not limited to travel and accommodations, preparatory meetings/tech checks and onsite support. Coordinate event promotion with the communications teams to develop event-related PR and social media plans. Establish, foster, and expand appropriate vendor relationships. Propose creative solutions to be a good steward of the firm’s financial resources (i.e., develop events that stay within budget and meet or exceed business needs). Distribute post-event reports, including relevant metrics. Responsible for special projects and other duties, as assigned.
