A law firm seeks a Litigation Associate in New York, NY. The ideal candidate will join a dynamic team of commercial litigators handling diverse cases in federal and state courts, as well as before administrative agencies.

Duties

• Conduct pre-filing fact investigations and draft pleadings and motions.
• Manage discovery processes and draft effective discovery requests and responses.
• Represent clients in court proceedings, including depositions, hearings, mediations, and trials.
• Perform legal research and oversee all aspects of assigned cases.
• Collaborate with partners and manage multiple cases and clients.

Requirements

• 4-7 years of experience in a Litigation Group.
• Membership in the New York Bar.
• Interest and expertise in areas such as copyright, trademark, and commercial law.

Education

• Strong academic credentials.

Certifications

• New York Bar membership.
