Duties:

• Conduct advanced legal research and analysis to support case strategies.
• Manage general litigation matters, including court appearances and case management.
• Negotiate and draft settlements in various litigation cases.
• Develop and present legal arguments effectively in court settings.
• Collaborate with other attorneys and staff to strategize case approaches and litigation tactics.
• Prepare and review legal documents, including briefs, motions, and pleadings.
• Provide counsel and recommendations to clients on litigation matters.

Requirements:

• 1-6 years of litigation experience, with a strong track record of court experience.
• Demonstrated intellectual creativity and ability to navigate complex legal issues.
• Superior writing and research skills, with a keen attention to detail.
• Excellent academic record from a top law school.
• Clerkship experience is preferred but not required.

Education:

• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the Bar in Colorado or eligibility to waive into the Colorado Bar.

Certifications:

• Bar admission in Colorado or waiving into the Colorado Bar.
