Duties:

• Counsel clients on renewables projects, emphasizing facilities operations and power purchase agreements.
• Handle litigation matters related to renewables projects, including disputes and regulatory issues.
• Provide legal advice and guidance on wind, solar, hydroelectric, and fuel cell facilities.
• Assist clients with smart grid and energy storage initiatives.
• Advise on energy efficiency and demand-side management strategies.

Requirements:

• 10+ years of experience as a Litigation Attorney.
• Robust renewables experience.
• Portable book of business.
• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Active membership in good standing of the Bar.

Skills:
