Duties

• Handle employment law matters, including labor and employment litigation.
• Provide consulting advice to employers on compliance and best practices.
• Draft pleadings, take depositions, and argue motions.
• Manage and grow client relationships.

Requirements

• 2-5 years of experience in employment law matters.
• Experience in all aspects of litigation.
• Strong analytical, writing, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Membership in good standing of the Michigan Bar and/or Ohio Bar.

Education

• J.D. from an ABA-approved law school.

Certifications

• Membership in good standing of the Michigan Bar and/or Ohio Bar.
