The candidate will design online and/or face-to-face. Will invest in students. Participate in institution activities as appropriate. Must have a Ph.D., Ed.D., D.Min., J.D. degree(preferred), M.A., MBA, MSW. Instructional Design education and experience is required. Must have knowledge of instructional strategies and techniques appropriate to teaching adult students. Must have knowledge of ways to instruct, manage, motivate and evaluate students. Adult teaching experience is needed. Evidence of Christian commitment and active church involvement is required. Should have thorough commitment to the concept of Christian liberal arts education. Should have potential for outstanding course design.
