Senior Legal Specialist/Senior Associate
The candidate will be analyzing regulatory reporting for trends. Managing risk management processes. Documenting critical COLT processes. Identifying and executing process improvements. Regularly interacting with a large team of attorneys and legal specialists from diverse portfolios. Managing multiple high-priority, deadline-sensitive tasks independently. Coordinating priorities that span multiple organizations and working toward multiple deadlines simultaneously. Facilitating discussions and meetings with client groups. High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification. At least 2 years of administrative support or project management experience. Experience with Microsoft Office (Microsoft 365) or Google Workspace (i.e., Gmail and Google Calendar, Drive, Docs, Sheets, and Slides). Must have 3+ years of experience in process management or risk management. At least 3 years of experience in a law firm, in-house counsel legal department, government, non-profit organization or corporate environment, Paralegal certification.
