Duties

• Draft and prosecute domestic and international patent applications.
• Prepare patent opinions in biotechnology or similar technology.
• Collaborate with legal teams to provide patent counseling.

Requirements

• 3+ years of patent counseling experience.
• Experience in drafting and prosecuting patent applications.
• Strong legal writing and research skills.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Registered to practice before the USPTO.

Education

• PhD in Biological Sciences, Chemistry, or related field.

Certifications

• USPTO registration.
