Job Overview:
A leading law firm is seeking a skilled eDiscovery Attorney to join its eDiscovery and Information Management group. This full-time, non-partnership track position offers an exciting opportunity to engage in complex litigation support and electronic discovery management across multiple U.S. office locations. Ideal candidates will have comprehensive knowledge of the Electronic Discovery Reference Model (EDRM), excellent project management skills, and the ability to collaborate with internal legal teams, clients, and vendors. The position is suited for attorneys who are detail-oriented, client-focused, and committed to operational excellence.

Duties:
Manage eDiscovery aspects of complex litigation matters
Supervise and coordinate projects to meet timelines, budgets, and firm standards
Draft and negotiate discovery-related protocols, agreements, and court orders
Serve as liaison with litigation teams and clients regarding eDiscovery execution and status
Coordinate the identification and collection of data with clients and vendors
Develop and manage document review workflows, including quality control procedures
Oversee preparation and delivery of document productions
Provide guidance and training to document review teams
Prepare accurate review project budgets, forecasts, and billing documentation
Maintain a collaborative team environment across offices and departments
Requirements:
3–5 years of experience in eDiscovery (law firm, in-house, or government)
Strong project and time management skills with ability to multitask
Familiarity with all stages of the EDRM
Ability to lead projects and supervise teams
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Commitment to high standards and attention to detail
Must be admitted to practice law in the jurisdiction where applying
Education:
Juris Doctor (J.D.) or LL.M. from an accredited law school
Certifications:
Active bar membership in the relevant state
Skills:
Strong legal research, analytical, and writing skills
Business judgment and problem-solving abilities
Leadership and team coordination experience
Persuasive communication and negotiation skills
Proficiency with discovery software and document review platforms
Knowledge of litigation support technologies and industry best practices
