Duties

• Appear in court for various proceedings.

Requirements

• 1-5 years of experience in civil litigation and/or insurance defense.
• Experience with discovery, depositions, and court appearances.
• Strong client service, oral advocacy, and written communication skills.

Education

• JD degree from an ABA-accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active member in good standing with the State Bar of Utah.
