Location:

Duties:

• Manage complex litigation cases, from inception through resolution
• Conduct legal research and draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs
• Participate in discovery, including preparing and responding to discovery requests
• Represent clients in depositions, hearings, mediations, and trials
• Work closely with senior attorneys to develop case strategies and provide legal advice
• Maintain effective communication with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel
• Contribute to the collaborative culture of the firm

Requirements:

• Strong legal analytical skills and attention to detail
• Ability to handle complex litigation tasks and meet deadlines
• Professional demeanor with excellent interpersonal skills

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school

Certifications:
