Duties

• Handle civil litigation cases involving insurance defense, auto claims, premises liability, professional liability, and medical malpractice
• Manage all aspects of litigation, including legal research, drafting motions, pleadings, and discovery
• Conduct depositions, mediations, and court hearings both in-person and virtually
• Develop case strategies in collaboration with senior attorneys
• Maintain compliance with court procedures and professional legal standards
• Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel

Requirements

• Up to 2 years of experience in insurance defense, civil litigation, or equivalent practice
• Strong legal research and writing skills
• Ability to manage multiple cases and meet strict deadlines
• Excellent verbal and written advocacy skills
• Proficiency in legal technology and case management platforms

Education

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an ABA-accredited law school

Certifications

• Active membership in good standing with the California and/or Nevada State Bar
