Duties

• Independently manage a diverse litigation caseload.
• Draft pleadings, conduct discovery, and take/defend depositions.
• Handle motion practice, trial preparation, trials, and appellate work.
• Manage billing, tasks, and support staff.
• Advise clients on case strategy and status.

Requirements

• Admitted to practice law in Indiana.
• 5+ years of litigation experience (real estate, corporate, contract, or governmental civil matters preferred).
• Strong written, oral, and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable with significant client contact and public speaking.
• Proficiency with Microsoft-based systems and legal software.
• Availability during business hours, with occasional evenings/weekends.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in Indiana.
