A law firm seeks a driven Senior Associate Attorney in Worthington, Ohio. This partner-track position offers the opportunity to manage complex real estate, consumer protection, and business litigation matters. Duties

• Serve as lead-trial counsel in complex civil litigation in both state and federal court.
• Draft, edit, and finalize legal documents including pleadings, motions, and trial briefs.
• Develop effective case strategies based on client needs and financial capacity.
• Communicate effectively with clients about litigation risks and goals.
• Collaborate with partners and supervise junior associates.

Requirements

• 4+ years of civil litigation experience in state and/or federal courts.
• Ohio Bar license in good standing.
• Strong writing and advocacy skills with proven motion practice and trial work.
• Experience managing complex cases and client relationships independently.
• Interest in leadership and long-term growth within the firm.
• Experience managing and resolving discovery issues.
• Prior experience mentoring or supervising junior attorneys is a plus.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in Ohio.
