Requirements

• Two to three years of litigation experience.
• Strong writing and analytical skills.
• Superior academic credentials.
• Technical background in electrical engineering, computer engineering, physics, or a related field.
• Registered or eligible to practice before the United States Patent and Trademark Office.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Eligible to practice before the United States Patent and Trademark Office.
