Duties: Reviews and prepares responses to subpoenas and other legal inquiries Supports TriNet’s garnishment and unemployment claims teams Coordinates with Records and Information Management Team on best practices for Claims Team recordkeeping Maintains compliance with HIPPA, PHI, and Verification rules and regulation. Actively learns and supports claims filing and management processes for unemployment, garnishments, and other claims teams. Communicates with clients and applicants regarding status of orders, missing information, and assisting with service issues. Manages vendor inquiries and dispute resolution processes and submit requests for data updates as required. Makes phone calls to verifiers to discuss requirements for information release, and/or to provide clarification on data provided. Other projects and responsibilities may be added at the manager’s discretion.
