A law firm is seeking an Associate Attorney to join their team in Concord, CA. The ideal candidate will work closely with lead attorneys on various phases of litigation, demonstrating strategic thinking to meet client objectives.

Duties:

• Collaborate with lead attorneys on all aspects of litigation, including investigations, case evaluation, discovery, depositions, and trial presentation.
• Conduct legal research and draft legal documents with precision and clarity.
• Provide timely and thorough reporting to clients on case developments.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the California State Bar.
• Excellent research and writing skills.
• Demonstrated experience in litigation, preferably in General and/or Professional Liability, Construction Defect, Employment, Landlord/Tenant, Transportation, or Commercial and Business Litigation.

Skills:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in legal software and research tools.

Certifications:
