Duties:

• Collaborate with lead attorneys to conduct rapid response investigations following catastrophic losses.
• Evaluate cases and provide detailed reports to support litigation strategies.
• Engage in discovery processes, including document review, preparation, and responses.
• Conducted and defended depositions, representing client interests effectively.
• Assist in trial preparation and presentation, contributing to case strategy and execution.

Requirements:

• 2-4 years of relevant experience in litigation.
• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admitted to the California State Bar or eligible for reciprocity.
• Excellent research and writing skills, with attention to detail.
