Duties

• Prepare documentation for filings in accordance with procedures and rules.
• Communicate legal details to clients clearly and precisely.
• Research, retrieve, and update information in client case files.
• Respond to clients professionally to represent the firm and expand business.
• Docket hearings and resolutions.
• Draft and electronically file responses as needed.

Requirements

• Juris Doctorate.
• Licensed to practice law.
• Experience in Chapter 7 and 13 Bankruptcies.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Bilingual in English/Spanish preferred.
• Efficient with technology.
