Duties:

• Manage personal injury cases from intake through settlement or trial.
• Conduct comprehensive case investigations, including gathering evidence, interviewing witnesses, and obtaining medical records and expert opinions.
• Draft and file legal documents, including complaints, motions, pleadings, and discovery requests.
• Develop and execute litigation strategies to maximize client outcomes.
• Represent clients in settlement negotiations, hearings, and trials.
• Collaborate with paralegals and legal assistants for efficient case management.
• Maintain consistent and proactive client communication.
• Stay updated on personal injury law developments and relevant case precedents.

Requirements:

• Ability to manage a caseload independently and efficiently.
• Strong negotiation, litigation, and advocacy skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• High professional integrity and commitment to client service.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Active license to practice law in Florida.
