Job Details:

Duties:

• Provide competent legal advice to clients in the field of estate planning.
• Conduct meetings with clients, draft legal documents, and perform thorough research as needed.
• Manage a caseload of clients and oversee the work of a legal team.
• Maintain consistent communication with both the legal team and clients.
• Demonstrate creativity and the ability to think outside the box in addressing legal issues.

Requirements:

• Licensed and in good standing with the North Carolina State Bar (Licensed in South Carolina is a plus).
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in estate planning.
• Ability to work independently on cases while actively maintaining a client base.
• Exemplary interpersonal and communication skills, particularly in emotionally sensitive situations.
• Demonstrated ability to maintain professionalism while displaying empathy towards all clients.

Education and Certifications:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
