A law firm seeks a Litigation Attorney for a hybrid or fully remote arrangement, based in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. This role involves working with the Consumer Financial Services Litigation Group, representing clients in consumer financial services and products cases. The position offers the opportunity to engage with clients from case inception to resolution, work independently, and develop litigation skills.

Duties

• Represent clients in consumer financial services litigation.
• Draft pleadings and manage discovery processes.
• Prepare for and participate in trials.
• Engage with clients throughout the litigation process.

Requirements

• 3+ years of commercial litigation experience.
• Admitted to practice in Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
• Experience in consumer finance litigation is a plus.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania and New Jersey.

Skills

• Strong litigation and trial preparation skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple cases.
