A law firm seeks a mid-senior level associate to join its Health Care Practice Group in Raleigh, NC. The role involves supporting the Telemedicine & Digital Health Industry Team, focusing on health care regulatory and transactional matters.

Duties

• Provide legal counsel on health care transactions and regulatory compliance.
• Draft and manage complex legal documents.
• Collaborate with clients from start-ups to Fortune 50 companies.
• Mentor junior associates within the practice group.
• Engage directly with senior partners and clients.

Requirements

• 4-6 years of health care regulatory and transactional experience (up to 8 years considered).
• Experience with telemedicine or digital health companies preferred.
• Strong academic credentials and excellent writing skills.
• AmLaw 100 experience preferred but not required.

Education

• JD from an ABA-accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active member in good standing of the Bar in the jurisdiction(s) where admitted.
• Timely admission to the bar of the hiring office's state required.
