Duties: Provide legal administrative assistance to five attorneys. Responsibilities include intensive calendar management and meeting planning; drafting and revising correspondence and creating documents and forms; anticipating and meeting deadlines; organizing and tracking matters and documents in electronic document management system; keeping records and legal files; conducting basic legal research; generating reports and presentations in various formats (Word, PowerPoint, Excel); handling special projects; representing the OGC to internal/external stakeholders; developing and maintaining excellent relationships with staff and leadership at all levels, clients, the public, outside law firms, and other contacts; scheduling travel and events; ordering supplies; and providing other support as needed. Will work primarily with the specific attorneys assigned, but will also perform some additional office-wide tasks in support of all the attorneys and the OGC.
