Duties

• Handle residential and commercial real estate transactions from contract to closing.
• Review title reports, loan documents, and closing disclosures.
• Communicate with clients, lenders, real estate agents, and title companies.
• Draft and review purchase agreements, leases, and related documents.
• Manage a high-volume caseload while maintaining accuracy and professionalism.

Requirements

• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• 1-3 years of real estate experience preferred; newly admitted attorneys with relevant internship or clerkship experience will be considered.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Education

• Juris Doctor (J.D.)

Certifications

• Admitted to the bar in the relevant jurisdiction.
