Duties:

• Represent clients in all phases of workers’ compensation proceedings

• Conduct comprehensive legal research and develop strategic case plans

• Attend hearings, negotiate settlements, and engage in client representation

• Draft and file pleadings, motions, and supporting legal documentation

• Maintain client relationships and provide regular case updates

• Collaborate with attorneys, legal assistants, and support staff to strengthen cases

• Analyze complex legal and factual issues in support of claim strategies

Requirements:

• Minimum of 1–2 years of experience in workers’ compensation law (senior-level experience preferred)

• Ability to manage an independent caseload and meet court deadlines

• Strong interpersonal skills and professional demeanor

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Active member in good standing with the California State Bar
