Job Overview

A law firm seeks a Mid-Level Real Estate Associate to join its team in Boca Raton, Florida. This position offers the opportunity to work with a dynamic group of attorneys on complex commercial real estate transactions, including acquisition, disposition, financing, development, and leasing.

Duties

• Represent regional and national clients in commercial real estate transactions.
• Draft and negotiate purchase and sale agreements for commercial real estate.
• Conduct title and survey reviews.
• Draft closing documents and negotiate loan documents.
• Close real estate transactions efficiently.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial real estate development and acquisition.
• Experience in a large law firm setting preferred.
• Strong writing, analytical, and communication skills.
• Admitted to the Florida Bar or eligible to sit for the Florida Bar exam.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Admitted to the Florida Bar or another state bar with eligibility for the Florida Bar exam.

Skills

• Proficiency in drafting and negotiating real estate transaction documents.
• Ability to manage transactions from inception to closing.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
