Duties

• Draft wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and healthcare directives.
• Support probate and trust administration, including filings and client communication.
• Assist with asset protection strategies, Medicaid eligibility, and guardianship proceedings.
• Communicate with clients, beneficiaries, fiduciaries, and financial professionals to address questions and resolve issues.

Requirements

• Valid Bar license.
• Experience in estate planning preferred.
• Willingness to relocate to Fort Wayne, Indiana, or surrounding areas preferred.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Bar admission in the state of Indiana.
