Duties

• Draft court pleadings, proposed orders, and notices.
• Send and receive correspondence with clients.
• Meet with clients regularly.
• E-file pleadings and motions with the court.
• Review real estate, financial records, and tax returns related to decedent's assets.
• Prepare accountings and funding calculations.
• Advise clients on federal estate, gift, Generation-Skipping, and fiduciary income tax matters.
• Prepare gift and estate tax returns.

Requirements

• Interest in federal estate, gift, Generation-Skipping, and fiduciary income tax.
• Experience in estate planning, real estate, corporate, and non-profit is helpful.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in Indiana.

Skills

• Strong client interaction and communication skills.
• Proficiency in drafting legal documents and e-filing.
• Ability to review and analyze financial and real estate records.
